DBANJ TO LAUNCH KOKO MOBILE

Pop singer, Dapo Oyebanjo a.k.a ‘DBANJ’,is set to launch his set of mobile phones called ‘KOKO MOBILE’. After his successful music collaboration with foreign music act 'SNOOPDOGG’ on the remix of his track ‘MR ENDOWED.
The koko master has decided to step up his game by joining the cliques of successful artiste around the world.
The phone which is said to be of high quality will be at a very affordable rate and will work with all networks and not just Globacom as intially planned. According to his management, the light complexioned singer has spent millions of naira on the business.
Interestingly, Dbanj and Genevieve are models of the mobile phones. We know D'banj has been talking a lot about many projects and dreams besides showbiz and the one that i can remember last is 'Koko water' which he mentions a lot in his music videos.
For D'Banj, a top artiste with MoHits records, this is a promising feat and the branded mobile phones are set to be launched in October 2011(this year) and the first batch of the phones will be made available in these colors: Black, Silver and Pink.
Some features of using Koko Mobile include preloaded D'banj's songs as well as videos.
" I am hoping that it would equally come with a free browsing subscription for a year or so." How will Koko mobile fare in the market?
"Well, we are not sure yet but I think it would depend on the features and affordability of the phone itself and then the marketing. If it is a god enough Phone, it would probably sell." He said.
